Position the chuck groove opposite the jaw holder and insert a mm Allen key into the body

of the jaw holder:

Use the key to remove the jaw retaining screw.
Remove the jaw by pulling it towards you and retrieve the associated spring retainer and

spring:

Important:

Be careful not to lose the jaw transfer set screw inserted in the side of the jaw.

Replace the jaw and reassemble it, transfer set screw towards the front of the chuck:

Replace the spring retainer, spring and screw and tighten the jaw fastening screw.
