Available thread types
The machine can produce the following thread types: thread types: types:

Note:
1) The 2” head is fitted with a BSPT + NPT scale as standard.
2) From 2½” to 4”, each head is specific, NPT or BSPT.
Setting the length and outside diameter of the thread
The heads allow the length and outside diameter of the thread to be set.
Option of installing a groover
In addition to the three basic functions (cutting, reaming, threading), the machine can be used with
a Virax groover (part no. 162400, optionally available) for hollow carbon steel tubes from 1 to 6” with
a maximum thickness of 3.4 to 5.5 mm in compliance with the following standards: EN 10208-2, EN
10216-1, EN 10217-1, EN 10255 W and S.
