WARNING
Caution:
Not following the notes and precautions listed below, may cause personal injury or
serous damage to the generator. Follow carefully the following points:
-Never run the engine indoor.
-Never use the generator in rain or snow.
-Never connect to the domestic electrical circuit f the normal supply of power is given.
-Keep away from flammable substances.
-Stop the engine before refueling.
-Avoid fuel leakage while refueling.
-Do not smoke while refueling.
WARNING!
Danger of fire and explosion, always switch off the engine before refueling. The fuel
and its vapors are highly flammable, be careful not to spill on hot surfaces. Use in a ventilated
area, do not smoke, keep away flames and do not approach hot objects. Use safety glasses and
antacid gloves. Do not ingest, do not inhale the vapors emitted by the fuel and keep it away from
children. Avoid contact with the skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with fresh
water and consult a doctor.
WARNING!
Do not use the machine in areas with danger of explosion and / or fire in rooms
closed, in the presence of liquids, gases, dusts, fumes, acids and flammable items and / or
explosives. Do not use the machine in the presence of such flammable sources like flames,
cigarettes, sparks etc..
WARNING!
For generators powered by engines with electric start, and then the battery, the
proper use of the battery is required. The battery produces explosive gases - use extreme cau
-
tion to avoid the danger of fire and explosion. The battery contains sulfuric acid (electrolyte); the
contact with eyes and skin may cause burns. In case of contact of the eyes with the electrolyte,
wash immediately with fresh water for almost 15 minutes and call a doctor. Keep away of chil-
dren.
2) EXHAUSTED GAS: DANGER OF POISONING
WARNING! Risk of poisoning. The engine produces a poisonous gas, odorless and colorless,
containing carbon monoxide! The inhalation causes nausea, fainting and death.
WARNING! Do not run the machine indoors. In case of inhalation contact immediately a doctor.
3) HOT SURFACES: BURN HAZARD
During the functioning, some external surfaces of the machine can get high temperatures, even
for few hours after stopping the engine. In particular, pay attention to the exhausted gas and the
hot parts of the engine as the head.
4) RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
WARNING!
Connect to the generator some electrical equipment (including cables and plugs
extension) always efficient. Be sure that the appliance voltage always corresponds to the voltage
supplied by the generator. In case of using an extension cord, use a rubber insulated one (ac
-
cording to EC 245-4).
WARNING!
It is forbidden and dangerous to connect the machine and provide electricity to
a fixed and domestic electrical circuit. Only an electrician qualified staff is allowed to perform
this type of connection, in accordance with the laws and rules of the electrical requirements.
An incorrect wiring may cause a return of electricity supplied by the generator in the domestic
circuit and therefore cause electric shock to persons who are working on the circuit. This type of
connection can cause a serious risk of electric shock, and death and also cause fire or explosion
and fire in the domestic circuit.
