5.4 - Insertion/Replacement of buffer battery.
The buffer battery (type CR2032) permits changing the settings and
programming even when the appliance has been removed from its
seat . In addition, it ensures updating the time and day and the opera-
tion of the display for at least 10 days if there is no mains voltage .
When the timer-thermostat is taken out of its seat the display shows
the
symbol .
It is not, moreover, possible to control the relay output.
The buffer battery is necessary for the appliance to work
properly.
