4. Max work load test
4.1 Preparation
Please start the engine first.
4.2 Operation
(1) When the engine is running, connect the red clamp
to the positive pole and the black clamp to the
negative pole. Make sure that all connections are
well secured to ensure the test is accurate.
(2) Press< >< > to select the maximum work
load test, as shown in the figure below:
(3) After selection you are shown the following screen
Switch on the engine
and increase the speed
to 2000 to 2500 rpm,
then press
<ENTER>
(4) After proceeding as in step (3), press
<ENTER>
to display
the maximum work load test screen (see figure below): as
shown, the actual
test voltage is 12.86 V, the standard voltage is 12.80 V
(for a 24 V system, standard voltage is 25.60 V), and the
lowest voltage is 12.30 V.
(5) Read off the lowest value. If it is higher than
12.80 V (in a 24 V system the voltage is above
25.60 V), the system is running normally.
(6) Press
<ESC>
to return to step (2).
5-4-3 There is a problem with the system
•
If the value is below 12.80 V (for 24 V system the
voltage is below 25.60 V), please check if the V-belt
is damaged or if the cables are short-circuited.
5. Charging system test
5.1 Preparation
Please start the engine first.
5.2 Operation
(1) When the engine is running, connect the

then press
<ENTER>
(4) After carrying out step (3), press
<ENTER>
to display the
charging system test screen as shown in the figure below:
The actual test voltage is 13.88 V, the standard maximum
voltage is 15.00 V (with 24 V system the standard maximum
voltage is 30.00 V), the tested maximum voltage is 14.10 V.
The other value indicates that the actual test voltage
is 13.88 V, the standard minimum voltage is 13.30 V
(for the 24 V system the standard minimum voltage
is 26.60 V), the tested minimum voltage is 13.58 V.
(5) Press
<ESC>
to return to step (2).
