Subject to duct size, install a spacer

Push the pipes into each other whilst
slightly turning them (use lubricant), and
let the pipe descend into the duct on the
end of the rope.

Remove the rope and push the lowest
pipe into support bend

Secure the lower part of duct cover

Push on aluminium terminal pipe

For weight reasons, never trim aluminium

final pipe section
