Compressor power supply fault or phase monitor faulty
Check connections, power supply and phase connec-
tion.
Check phase monitor.
The switching signal of the phase monitor can be
checked at terminal 215.2: See "Main PCB".

Compressor stops.
Cause
Measure
No jumper present at terminals X3.6/X3.7 on the cross
connect PCB.
Check jumper between terminals X3.6/X3.7. Insert
jumper if required: See "Cross connect PCB".
C9 Refrigerant circ (SHD)
Compressor stops.
Cause
Measure
Refrigerant circuit fault:

Safety high pressure switch has responded.
■
Compressor motor overload relay (thermal relay) has
responded.
■
Check flow and return temperature sensors in primary
and secondary circuits.
■
Check primary and secondary circuits for pressure
and flow rate: See message
"A9 Heat pump"
.
■
Have heat pump checked by a refrigeration engineer.
The switching signal of the safety high pressure switch
can be checked at terminal 215.4: See "Main PCB".

High pressure switch has responded.
230 V~ High pressure switch has not responded.
Note
After removing the fault, switch the appliance first off
and then on again.
