field is not available with the VidyoPanorama version 1.0

If you want participants to automatically enter a particular room whenever they log in, select the
Autojoin My Room
checkbox.
Autojoin My Room
is disabled by default. Vidyo recommends that you keep it disabled. This option
is useful if you want to build a kiosk. When this option is enabled, users will automatically join one
room and will be unable to join any other room.

Showing Indications
For more information about what the indications are, see the “Indications” section on page
48
.
To show indications:
1.
Select the Admin page Configuration tab.
2.
If needed, click the blue triangle next to the word
Indications
to view the indications settings.
3.
If you want the VidyoPanorama system to sound a tone whenever a participant joins or leaves the
conference, select the
Play Tone Indications
checkbox.
Play Tone Indications
is enabled by default. Vidyo highly recommends that you keep it enabled.
IMPORTANT
: Vidyo highly recommends that you keep
autoanswer
enabled. If, however, you choose
to clear the checkmark from the
autoanswer
checkbox, you MUST ensure that the
Play Tones
Indications
checkbox is selected.
4.
If you want the VidyoPanorama system to announce indications in English (such as “John Steinbeck
has joined the conference” or “Ernest Hemingway is calling”) rather than sound a tone, select the
TTS
(Text to Speech) checkbox.

is disabled by default.

If you want the indications to show as text on the screen, select the
Display Text
