DESCRIPTION
Medium and large weatherproof housing.
The easy access to the interior makes it sui-
table for 1/2”, 1/3” and 1/4” cameras
equipped with medium and large lenses.
This version guarantees a weatherproof stan-
dard IP66. A wide range of accessories
(heater kit, blower kit, camera power supply,
sunshield) allows both indoor and outdoor
installations. It is equipped with two PG9
cable glands for external connections and is
available in the 260 and 320mm versions.
Turn off the power before performing
any operations.

INSTALLATION
How to open the housing
To open the housing unscrew the three
screws placed on the rear cover plate (fig.1
point 1), take the body out (point 2) and
leave the internal and external slide in the
working position (point 3).
Before closing the housing take off the pro-
tective nylon and put silicagel salts envelope
into.
How to install the camera
This chapter describes how to install the
camera into the housing. We wish to remind
our customers that power supply can be
drawn from the circuit, if available, after
checking that the right supply voltage is
used.
1. Remove the body by unscrewing the
three screws placed on the rear cover
plate.
2. Fix the camera by interposing the
insulating washer between the 1/4”
screw and the lower part of the slide;
set the insulating spacer between
the camera and the upper part of the
slide (fig. 2 point 1), tighten the 1/4”
screw and position the camera whe-
rever wished (point 2).
3. If necessary use the spacers for a
proper positioning of the camera and
of the zoom lenses.
4. Close the housing.
How to installa the heater kit
This chapter describes how to install the hea-
ter kit option into the dustproof housings that
are not equipped with it. The power input of
the heater kit can be 12-24VDC/VAC or
115-230VAC.
1. Remove the body by unscrewing the
three screws that are placed on the
rear cover plate.
2. Remove the connections and the slide
by unscrewing the clamping screws
on the rear body.
a. Normal heating: fix the PTC element
and the dispersion lamella, by means
of the proper plate, on the lowest part
of the internal slide (fig. 3 point 1).
Let the wires run along the guides
(point 2) and let them go through the
relevant hole (point 3).
b. Double heating: fix the relevant plate
on the lowest part of the slide. We
wish to remind our customers that the
dimensions of the internal slide to be
used for double heating are different
from the dimensions of the standard
slide. Fix the two PTC elements in the
internal part of the plate, by means of
the relevant holding plate and screws
(fig. 4 point 1).
