Configure communication and address DIP switches. For example:
DIP SWITCH S1 (Address 1):
1 - ON, 2 - OFF, 4 - OFF, 8 - OFF, 16 - OFF, 32 - OFF, 64 - OFF, 128 - OFF
DIP SWITCH S2 (typical configuration):
1 - ON (NTSC), 2 - OFF (VPS), 3 - OFF (DUPLEX), 4 - OFF (RS-422), 5 through 8 - OFF (not used)
