6. With the camera drive hanging from the enclosure, terminate all the cables as follows:
a) Remove terminal blocks TB1 and/or TB3. Since the control signals exist in both TB3 and J3, do not
remove TB3 if J3 will be used for control signal wiring.
b) Strip approximately 1 inch (25 mm) of insulation off all wires to be terminated in terminal blocks. Then
strip approximately 0.25 inches (6 mm) of insulation off of each individual wire.
c) Make all connections to terminal blocks TB1 and TB3 with reference to Table 2. On TB3, the
COMMAND IN + (CI+) and COMMAND IN - (CI-) connections must be used for Simplex operation.
For Half Duplex operation, the additional signals RESPONSE OUT + (RO+) and RESPONSE OUT -
(RO-) must also be used. Insert each wire into its proper terminal block location and tighten each
screw.
