Timed Events
The Timed Events screen enables you to select and set up six different timed
events: Tour, Salvo, Preset, Alarm Enable, Alarm Type and Keypad. Tour,
salvo, and preset specify the method of video switching to be performed.
Alarm enable and type events control which alarm patterns are enabled and
which will operate as momentary or latching. Keypad controls which keypads
or keypad groups will have control over cameras at specified times. Keypad
groups are described at the end of this section.
The Timed Events screen has a two-column table on the left and a multi-
column table on the right. The multi-columned table fields will change
according to the type of event selected in the two-column table. You can set
up 32 different timed events on the system.
The following paragraphs describe the event types. The field columns and
their actions are described in the accompanying table for each event type. A
description of each field parameter is displayed on the screen when the field
is selected.
