Set Alarm Priority
Priority levels are used to define a relative scale of importance to alarms, allowing alarms to be added to the
monitor stack in order of priority level.

Priority Level
The alarms in the alarm stack are sorted by priority as they are detected, if the alarm input order is Sort By
Priority as discussed on page 32 for common stack mode or Priority as discussed on page 37 for
independent stack mode. A higher priority level is identified by a lower number, for example, an alarm with
priority level 009 will be added to the stack before an alarm with priority level 010.

Edit Alarm Call-Up
The alarm call-up defines the actions to be taken and the alarm video to be displayed when the alarm
identified at the top of the screen is activated. All alarm monitors are listed, and the video from any camera
may be displayed on any monitor for the specified alarm, if the camera has been partitioned to the monitor.
Refer to Set Camera Partition on page 68. The state of one auxiliary relay in each receiver can be
programmed to respond to an alarm input to control equipment at the camera station. A preset position may
be recalled for each camera.
X-IA inputs may be used as event triggers (refer to page 15) or to activate alarms. The alarm input number at
the top of this screen includes only those input numbers that have not been defined as event triggers in the
Set Triggered Inputs screen (refer to page 16).
Note: Use camera number
to blank
the monitor or for no chanae.
