sugar (8 g), 1/4 t.sp soda slaked with vinegar, 2.5 glasses
of flour
Filling: boiled condensed milk - 1 bottle (200 ml)
Separate the yolks from the whites. Whip the egg yolks with a
mixer, gradually adding the sugar. Add a sachet of vanilla sugar.
In a separate dry bowl, mix the flour with the butter. Knead
the dough with hands. Add in the beaten egg yolks; knead the
dough again until smooth. Mix the whites with salt and baking
soda slaked in lemon juice (or vinegar) in the separate bowl.
Beat until the light foam. Add the whipped whites to the dough.
Knead the dough with hands. The dough should be dense.
Divide the dough into equal size pieces, approximately 1*1 cm.
Warm up the appliance; wait for the green indicator to be
off. Slightly grease both plates with the vegetable oil. Place
the dough pieces in each slot, close the lid and bake for
approximately 1-1,5 minutes. Open the cover to check the
readiness of the nuts. If you want more brownish nuts, bake
them a little longer. When the nuts are baked – take them out
using the wooden spatula the separate bowl and let them cool
down. Then, put some condensed milk on one half and cover
the nut with the second half. Leave the ready nuts in a cool
place to thicken the condensed milk.
Quick cookies (pizza-grill plates)
Ingredients: 80-100 g of butter (82,5 % fat) or margarine
(softened), 4 tbsp of sugar, 25 ml milk (room temperature)
250 ml flour, a pinch of salt
Dissolve the sugar and salt in the milk. Mix all ingredients
and knead the dough by hands. Roll out the dough with the
thickness of 0.5 cm and cut out the biscuits with a small glass.
Warm up the appliance; wait for the green indicator to be
off. Slightly grease both plates with the vegetable oil. Place
the biscuits on the down plate, close the lid and bake for
approximately 10-15 minutes.
Grill (grill plates with marble coating)
Ingredients:
Pork chop on the bone with some fat– 1 piece – 130-140 g
The thickness of a piece of 1.5 cm.
Wash and dry meat with cloth, sprinkle with salt and pepper on
both sides. Warm up the appliance; wait for the green indicator
to be off. Slightly grease both plates with the vegetable oil. Lay
the meat on the bottom plate, close the appliance and cook
for approximately 7-9 minutes (for the meat without the blood).
Note: if you fry 2 pieces at a time, increase the cooking time.
Cottage cheese gratin or pudding (pizza-grill plates)
Ingredients: 2 eggs, sugar – 9 tbsp., sour cream (20 %) –
2 tbsp., cottage cheese 9 % - 360 g, semolina – 7 tbsp.
a pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp soda slaked with vinegar
Red raisins - 2 tbsp. (wash and leave for 10 minutes in
warm water, pour away the water, dry the raisins with a
towel)
Mix all the ingredients; leave the mixture for 15 minutes to rise
slightly. Warm up the appliance; wait for the green indicator
to be off. Slightly grease both plates with the vegetable oil.
Spread the dough evenly over the bottom plate (thickness of
dough about 1 cm), close the lid and bake for approximately
7-9 minutes. Remove the ready gratin with wide wooden spatula.
Pizza (pizza-grill plates)
Ingredients for the dough: 250 ml flour +1-2 tablespoons of
flour needed for kneading and rolling
1/2 tsp baking powder, warm water 80-90 ml, 1/2 tsp. sugar
a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil (can be olive oil)
Dissolve sugar and salt in water. In a separate bowl mix the
flour and baking powder, add water and oil.
Knead the dough by hands. Roll out the dough with a thickness
of 0.3 cm. Take the pizza-grill plate. Turn it upside down on
the dough sheet and cut out several pizza sheets at once. The
output is about 3 pizza sheets.
Slightly grease both plates with the vegetable oil. Take the
bottom plate, cover it with the dough sheet, add the ingredients.
Ingredients for 1 pizza: ketchup -1 tsp, onion- finely
chopped – 1 tsp., mushrooms – finely chopped – 2 tbsp.,
sausage – 2 tbsp., grated cheese – 2 tbsp.
Coat the dough sheet with ketchup, cover with onions,
mushrooms, sausage, and cheese.
For pizza baking it is not necessary to warm up the appliance.
