6) Dial into the programming mode and enter the following commands.

• Enter the password. The default is ########.
• Show
• 04-09-1 [Tenant 1]
• Save
• 500~699 [System Speed dial bin number]
• Show
• Chg
• Feature 7 0
• Save
From the Fax Machine
7) Remove the receiver from the hook.
8) Program the fax extension as a hot line to that system speed dial bin number.
9) Dial ( # 9 * 500 0 ).
• A confirmation tone is heard.
NOTE
•
Every time the fax machine goes off hook, line 4 will be accessed.
• To cancel do a hook flash and dial # * 9 *.
