Step 1:
Connect drill head to starter rod.
Step 2:
Lubricate drive chuck threads and starter rod threads.
Step 3:
Slide starter rod into front vise and clamp.
Step 4:
Connect first drill rod to starter rod. Refer to gauge and tighten rod joints to 2000–2300 psi
(138–159 bar). Disengage front vise.
WARNING:
DPF Regeneration Inhibited Symbol
indicates regeneration has been
disabled. If regeneration is inhibited for too long, the following fault messages will
appear and eventually the engine will derate.
WARNING:
This fault message indicates DPF is completely plugged, causing
engine to derate. Perform a DPF forced regeneration at the earliest and safest
opportunity.
WARNING:
This fault message indicates particulate levels are too high and
the DPF is unable to be regenerated. Engine derates further, and may shut
down. If this results in premature failure of exhaust system components, an
engine service technician will be required to perform a service regeneration.
