Never completely unwind the drum during use, always leave three full turns (to be
determined when adjusting the bottom limit switch).

Make sure that the belt is correctly centered in the pulleys and check the position of the
fixed point locking wedge.

Removing the fixed point wedge
Use a screwdriver to drive the clamping wedge from its housing, lifting the belt
without damaging it.
Installing the fixed point
Enclose the clamping wedge

in the belt, and drive the wedge firmly into its
housing.
Check that the belts are not twisted. Never turn the pulley block upside down to do
this (see figure below)
