IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE CHECKED BEFORE START UP
AND AFTER DOING ANY WORK

Top and bottom limit switch
: Check that limit switches are working correctly and if
necessary adjust them before starting up.
The belt hoist must stop when it reaches the top position and the lift button is pressed.
The belt hoist must stop when it reaches the bottom position and the lower button is
pressed.

Lifting belt
: check the condition of the lifting belt, make sure that it is not crushed,
twisted or torn. Check that the belt attachment wedge is in the correct position in the
fixed point.
When the hook is in the low position, there must always be three remaining turns of the
belt on the drum.

Rollers and pulleys:
Check that all rollers and pulleys are turning freely.

Crab
: check that the crab is adjusted to the width of the support beam and that all
attachment nuts and bolts are tight.

Covers
: check that motor covers and electricity box and load limiter covers are
correctly attached.

Hook and safety catch
: Check that the hook rotates correctly and that the safety
catch is working properly.

Tools
: Check that all tooling or other equipment used during installation has been
removed from the hoist.
No mechanical or electrical modifications or adaptations may be made without the
factory’s agreement, otherwise the guarantee will no longer be valid.
