Ensure that the test drive and commissioning inspection have been properly carried out and that the
hand-over log has been properly completed.
Ensure that any safety devices bypassed for testing purposes are restored to full operational status.
5.4
Adjustment of top and bottom limit switches
Adjustment of bottom limit switch:
Press the lower button, put the hook to the required low level

direction of arrow D until contact

is triggered.
Check that there are still at least three complete turns on the drum spindle.
This will be true if the belt is at the outside diameter of washer

.
Adjusting the top limit switch :
The top limit switch is adjusted in the factory.
However, you may need to adjust it (for example if you replace the belt).
- Press on the “lift” button, change to low speed when the pulley block reaches the high
position, and continue to rise until the lower pulley block touches the bottom of the upper
block. Rotate cam

in the direction of the arrow M until contact

is triggered.
