To connect four storage shelves to an appliance

Connect a SAS-3 cable to the left port in the appliance RAID PCIe card.

Be sure that the blue tab in this port points down.

Connect the other end of the SAS-3 cable to port A in the top I/O module of
the first storage shelf.

The blue tab on the SAS cable in port A should be on the same side of the
cable as the SAS label when connected.
