Contact your VeriFone distributor or service provider and
give them the information described in Step 1 above.

Describe the problem(s) and provide the shipping address
where the repaired or replacement unit will be returned.

Be sure to keep records of the following items:
• VeriFone Serial Number, Product ID, and the MAN and
MSN numbers that are assigned to the Omni 3200M
terminal you are returning for service or repair.
• Shipping documentation, such as airbill numbers,
which you can use to trace the shipment.
