5. Perform a reset of the I-Gate 4000 PRO either by pressing the RESET button on
the front of the TPSM/TPSM-R1 card, or by using VerazView-xMS.
6. Close the media gateway's front panel.
7. Tighten the four fasteners that secure the front lower cover of the media
gateway. Do this by hand.
Do not use any tools to tighten or loosen the four
fasteners.
