Troubleshooting - daily use
Problem
Checklist
VENDLET Basic does not work
Is the control unit connected to 230V outlet and is the power on?
Is the green diode on the control unit illuminated?
Are all plugs properly connected on the control unit?
Is the green diode on the hand control illuminated?
Double-click the
button to activate the system.
One of the bars does not work
Are all plugs properly connected on the control unit?
Is the cable to the bar intact?
One or both bars do(es) not turn when the client is lying in bed
Is the turning sheet running under the bars?
The sheet must be over the bars.
Are all plugs properly connected on the control unit?
The hand control buttons are not working
Are all plugs properly connected on the control unit?
One of the bars will only turn in one direction
Are all plugs properly connected on the control unit?
Is the cable to the bar intact?
1. If nothing else helps, try resetting the system by simul-
taneously pressing and holding the
and
buttons
until you hear 10 beeps. Try using the system again.
2. Contact a qualified technician, your distributor or Vend-
let if the above does not solve the problem.
