7. Cleaning
7.1 General information
The machine and any attachments and additional devices (optional) must
be cleaned daily.
Danger!
To prevent injury, take the following measures before cleaning.
• Press the OFF key on the machine control panel.
• Switch off the main switch of the machine to disconnect it from the
mains.
• Disconnect any attachments or additional devices (optional) from the
mains and remove the devices

7.2 Removing parts to be cleaned
7.2.1 Filling horn holder
• Undo filling horn nut and remove attachment (optional), if present.
• Undo the locking nut (1) with the handle anticlockwise until the bayo-
net lugs come free and remove the filling horn holder (2). The filling
horn holder can be washed either manually, in a cleaning tank, or
dishwasher.

• After cleaning, the filling horn holder should be inspected for any resi-
dual product. Following this, it may be sanitized manually or mechani-
cally with an EPA accepted sanitizing agent.
