RESTARTING (Sweeping green + Initial buzz)
: The charger is restarting. This
process will occur when instructed to do so from the charger SETTINGS screen in the
VELTIUM App, when the electric power is restored (or when the charger is booted up
for the first time), or following a firmware update. This process can take 20 to 30
seconds depending on the charger model.
UPDATING firmware (Flashing purple)
: The charger is updating the firmware. This
process will occur when instructed to do so from the charger SETTINGS screen in the
VELTIUM App (or automatically in the LITE Uno or LITE Kubo chargers when
configured to do so). The charger will automatically restart at the end of the process.
This can take from 5 to 12 minutes depending on the charger model.
CONNECTING TO OR DISCONNECTING FROM A MOBILE DEVICE USING
BLUETOOTH (Flashing white):
A flashing white light will appear on the LIGHT
INDICATOR when the charger is connected to/disconnected from a user’s mobile
phone using Bluetooth.
CONNECTING TO A THREE-PHASE METER (Sweeping green)
: The charger is
searching for the Three-phase meter and is trying to connect to it. This process can
take up to 6 minutes.
ERROR STATUS
LOST CONNECTION WITH THE THREE-PHASE METER (Flashing yellow)
: The
charger has lost communication with the Three-phase Meter and is trying to restore it.
WHAT TO DO:
•
Check that the two elements of the Three-phase Meter (Meter and Gateway)
have power input.
•
Check that the cables between the Three-phase Meter and the charger are not
damaged and that they are properly connected at both ends.
•
If the charger is connected to the Internet by Local Area Network, check that the
network router and other elements (switch, etc.) have power input and are
working properly.
•
If, having checked the above, the charger is still in the same status, go to the
SETTINGS screen of the charger and select the
NO
option in the
Dynamic Power
Control
section. This allows you to continue using the charger without this
function. Next, contact the
User Support
service for specific help with this issue.
TEMPORARY ERROR (Flashing red)
: The charger has detected an anomalous
situation in the vehicle charging process and has stopped the charge for safety
reasons.
WHAT TO DO:
•
Disconnect the vehicle from the charger. This will make the error message
disappear and return the charger to the AVAILABLE status.
PERMANENT ERROR (Red)
: The charger has detected an internal problem with the
charger and has stopped the charge for safety reasons.
WHAT TO DO:
•
Disconnect the vehicle from the charger and restart the charger.
•
If this status continues after restarting the charger, contact the
User Support
service for specific help with this issue.
