4. Troubleshooting
In case you experience any problems regarding the EzSensor system during operation, please refer to the
troubleshooting table below for corrective actions. If the problem persists, please contact your local
distributor of VATECH & E-WOO products.

LED 1 on the control box doesn’t illuminate

Corrective Action
Check that the USB cable is plugged in
correctly at the Control box and on the console
PC.
Check that the Sensor is properly connected.
Unplug the USB cable from the control box and
then reconnect it.
Unplug the USB cable from the control box and

Open the Windows Device Manager and check
that the device is installed correctly.
Alternately, try another USB port on your
computer.
