Using the Rotating Rectangular Cover
Rotating Rectangular Cover rotates at 360 degrees.
Rotating Rectangular Cover consists of the Outer Ring and the Inner
Ring.
The Outer Ring rotates in 90-degree increments.
The Inner Ring rotates in 10-degree increments.
