TriScroll 300 Dry Scroll Vacuum Pump

1. Apply a small amount of Loctite 242 to the 

lower threads of the six M5x5 screws, then 
install one screw into each threaded hole in 
the orbiting plate. 

2. Tighten the screws until they are slightly 

below the surface.

3. Install the wave washer into the orbiting 

plate.
