Refer to the appropriate instruction manual for the accessory for instructions on how to replace the
accessory.
Here is just a brief reassembly procedure for the re-installation of the VM-580 brush cutter adapter removed in the previous chapter.

step >9 shows the individual units marked 1 , 2 , 3 and 4 to be mounted to the basic MaX multi-purpose chassis. Use
the fasteners left for the removal procedure described in chapter 2.4.4.1 . Remove plastic cover 4 of the belt drive. Install working tool
sheet metal cover assembly 1 . Only then it is possible to install the rotary mount body of working tool 2 . After that, fit and fasten front
guide spur 3 and then replace plastic cover 4 per >6 and secure it by its M6 nuts A .

Depending on the machine weight, carry out its maintenance and adjustments with the assistance of another
person.
To secure a long-term satisfaction with our product, it is necessary to provide it with due care and maintenance. By providing regular
maintenance you will reduce its wear and you will secure correct operation of all its parts.
Observe all instructions concerning maintenance and adjusting intervals. We recommend that you keep records of operating hours and
the conditions under which the machine is used (these may be useful for servicing centres). We recommend that you have the post-season
maintenance implemented by one of our authorized service centres; the same applies to standard maintenance if you are not certain of
your technical capabilities.

The good help to monitor operating hours is the VARI PowerMeter device. Inquire your dealer!

Prior to every use of your machine, check the tightening of its bolts fastening the work attachment and also all
the bolt joints of the safety elements, covers, and engine!

Replace the lost screwed connections with the original parts that are designed for the given spot. By using
unoriginal low-quality parts, you expose yourself to the risk of injury or damage to the machine!

For proper operation and to ensure a long service life of the travel wheels, especially the tyres, it is necessary to check the tyre pressure.
Perform the check before starting to work with the machine. Before parking the machine for a longer time, inflate its tyres to MAX (see
below). Maintain the same pressure in the left and right wheels. The machine better travels straight.

Do not exceed the maximum tyre pressure – there is a risk of the tyre explosion!

If the pressure in the tyre is low, the inflation valve on the tube may get cut off.

MAX imum (recommended) tyre pressure: 23 PSI ( 160 kPa or 1.6 bar or 1.57 atm or 0.16 MPa )

MIN imum 84 permitted tyre pressure: 18 PSI ( 124.1 kPa or 1.24 bar or 1.22 atm or 0.124 MPa )
If there is a permanent tyre pressure leakage, make sure that there is no defect on the tyre tube – repair it if necessary.

If you are not sufficiently manually skilled, have the operations done by an authorized service centre.

HEEL IDLE FUNCTION
The torque is transmitted from the axle to the wheel by the pin with its safety strap. Both wheels, left or right, can be relieved of power
transmission in light, flat terrain by removing the pin with its safety strap from one wheel. Then, only one wheel is engaged, and the
machine may be turned very easily at the end of the line.

Keep in mind that the machine with these settings turns (pulls) to the side where the pin was removed from the wheel.

UBRICATION

When working with lubricants, observe the basic hygiene regulations and observe the environmental protection
regulations and laws.

If you are not sufficiently manually skilled, have the operations done by an authorized service centre.
In order to secure trouble-free and easy movement of all mechanical parts, it is necessary to pay adequate attention to lubrication. A few
drops of oil are usually enough (e.g. oil for bicycles). The gearbox is already factory-filled with a sufficient amount of oil, which is not
necessary to change over the entire life of the machine.

Check the gearbox oil level regularly. In case of any leak, replenish the tank with the specified oil or change the oil.

If the tyre pressure is lower than the minimum, the tyre-casing structure will be damaged and the service life will be significantly reduced.
