Step 5. At cable anchor/standoff, remove one 6-32
×
5/16" PPZ screw and free cable.
(Cable will still be attached by a cable tie to anchor.)
Step 6. Using 1/4" nutdriver, remove 1/4" hex standoff.
Step 7. Remove three remaining 6-32
×
5/16" PPZ screws securing tilt motor
assembly to yoke leg and remove assembly while freeing pulley from belt.
Step 8. Install replacement assembly by performing Steps 2–7 in reverse order.
Auxiliary Controller PCB Replacement
Parts:
24.9661.1400 2 EA PCB ASSY, AUX CONTROLLER
Tools:
Screwdriver, Phillips #2
Nutdriver, 1/4 inch
To replace an auxiliary controller PCBs:
Step 1. Disconnect luminaire AC input cable from power source.
Step 2. At board-side leg, remove yoke leg cover by removing four 6-32
×
5/16" PPB
screws. To find board-side leg, refer to page 8 .
CAUTION: Always use anti-static precautions when working with PCBs.
Step 3. Remove counterweight assembly by removing four 6-32
×
5/16" PPZ screws
and washers. Figure 2-18 .
