Step 3. At yoke cross member, remove four 6-32
×
3/16" LG PPZ screws and associ-
ated washers which secure cross member cover to yoke and remove cover.
(These screws are accessible from inside yoke legs.)
CAUTION: Always use anti-static precautions when working with PCBs.
Step 4. At Ignitor PCB, remove two accessible screws which secure PCB to yoke
leg.
Step 5. At yoke cross member, remove two 6-32
×
5/16" PPZ screws and washers
which secure ignitor PCB standoffs to yoke leg.
Step 6. Disconnect ignitor PCB wires by removing four screws which secure wire
ring terminals to PCB and remove ignitor PCB.
Step 7. Remove two 1/4" hex standoffs from ignitor PCB by removing one 6-32
×
5/
16" PPZ screw and #6 lock washer. Install in same place on new ignitor PCB.

Step 8. Install replacement assembly by performing Steps 2–7 in reverse order.
