Startup
Prepare for system start
Danger! Risk of injury.
Make sure no one is in dangerous proximity to
the vehicle.
Prepare for the initial system start as follows:
1.
Ensure that the engine for the hydraulic system's pump is in the off position.
2.
Ensure that all connectors are properly connected.
3.
Turn on the control system.
4.
Ensure that voltage is being supplied to all modules.
5.
Ensure that the emergency stop is functioning properly.
Start the system
After the above inspections have been completed, start the system as follows:
1.
Start the engine for the hydraulic system's pump.
2.
Calibrate and adjust input and output signals, and carefully check every output
function.
