6.8 STORAGE AND INTERMITTENT
USE
6.8.1 INTERMITTENT USE
If the unit is not used very regularly always treat the fuel
with a fuel stabilizer.
Check all belts and hoses for signs of deterioration such
as visible surface cracks, stiffness or discoloration.
6.8.2 LONG TERM STORAGE
Disconnect the battery cable that is connected to the
positive (+) side of the battery.

NOTE
Compressor belt goes on the outer track
of the motor sheave; generator belt goes
on the inner track.
CAUTION
Parts can wear over time. Do not operate
with worn equipment; replace as needed.
DANGER
Fuses will need to be replaced if they are
blown when tripped. When changing any
fuse, or dealing directly with any
function of the electrical system
maintenance, always be aware of the

Replacement fuses can sometimes be
found at local vendor carriers, such as
automobile supply stores, hardware
stores, etc.
