Heat lamp is ON, but there is no heat
and sealing cannot be performed.
Is the heating element damaged?
Replace the heating element.
Bad connection between the
electrodes and heating element.
Polish the metal part where the
electrode contacts with the heating
element using the sandpaper.
Is the black (or blue) wire from
the transformer to the electrode
disconnected?

Securely install the black (or blue)
wire from the transformer to the
electrode.
Does the SSR lamp turn ON?
No: Control unit may be broken.

Replace the control unit.
Yes: SSR may be broken.

Replace the SSR.
Cooling lamp turns ON during the
heating process.

Control unit may be damaged.
Replace the control unit.
The circuit breaker turns OFF.
Does the circuit breaker turn OFF
during the heating process? (It takes
longer than usual before the heating
lamp turns ON.)

Check if the correct voltage is
provided to the power source side.
Does the circuit breaker turn OFF at
the same time the power switch is
turned ON?

The electrical leakage is
suspected.
