The seal parameters set at the time of factory shipment:
HT : 140ºC/280ºF, CT : 100ºC/200ºF
= Refer to
“8-5 Operation procedures >>> 8-5-1 Seal only.”

Depress the foot switch (2nd)
The machine automatically performs the following
processes by depressing the foot switch for the second
time.

Operation No.[01] is displayed

Place a pouch to the sealing area
Set a pouch to the sealing area while confirming the
seal position.

Depress the foot switch (1st)
Pressure lever descends and the silicone sponges
clamp the pouch. Please keep on depressing the foot
switch until the lever closes.
・
The pressure lever descends completely.
(Sealing starts.)

Finish operation
The sealing operation is complete. Please make sure
that the seal is properly performed.
When not using the machine for a while, please make
sure the followings:
a.
Turn OFF the power switch.
b.
Turn OFF the circuit breaker.
c.
Unplug the power outlet.

Heating lamp turns on.
・
After the heating is complete (heating lamp is
turned off), cooling
lamp turns on.
・
Cooling is complete (cooling lamp turns off).
・
The sealing is complete and the pressure lever
returns to the initial position (lever opens).

Set the heating/cooling temperature
For how to change the heating/cooling temperature at
the time of factory shipment, refer to
“8-4 Reference
for control unit setting and machine preparation.”
TIPS
The following operation procedures are for
the brand new machine without any change
on the setting.
Attention
When the pressure lever is being lowered,
removing foot from the foots witch will raise
the lever from its lowered position for the
safety measure.
