10. IGNITION CHECK
Before attempting to install, it is worth checking that the ignition system performs
satisfactorily.
Slider Control (FS) Model
NOTE:
2 handle finish options have been supplied Chrome and Black please ask the
customers preference before selecting one to be fitted.
10.1 Fitting slider handle to control cam.
10.1a. To gain access to fit the two screws into the slider
handle first remove the 2 brackets as shown held inposition
by 2 screws into each. Lift out these brackets and keep
safe. With the brackets removed carefully lift out the glass
over the LED strip along with the seal below.
10.1b. As shown remove the 3 screws securing in place the
inner fuel bed top tray. Carefully slide out the tray over the
three burner tubes.
10.1c. With the previous sections removed (1a - 1b) you now have access to the
Slider handle cam assembly below the middle burner tray as shown. With the Cam in
the off position and using the two clearance holes in
the middle burner tray hold the slider handle in
position and ideally with a magnetic tipped philips
head screwdriver fit the handle to the cam using the
two M4 x 8mm screws supplied.
10.1d. After the slider handle is fitted to the cam carry
out steps 1a - 1c in reverse order to reasemble.
