Analog Signal (External VFD Only)
Use for controlling and monitoring external VFD. Only appear when motor is set to
External VFD

Address of Analog Input for Current Signal:
PLC analog input address associated with the VFD
current output.
Address of Analog Output to Send Speed Signal:
PLC analog output address associated with the
VFD reference speed input.

Shutdown ON Separator Doors Opening
You have the option to do a progressive stop if the diaphragm switch coming from a screw is
activated.
Screw 1
: Select the first
screw that is associated
with the equipment you
are programming
Screw 2:
Select the second
screw that is associated
with the equipment you
are programming
Delay Before Shutdown
(sec):
Time
that
the
equipment is at slow speed (
VFD only) or stay on when the hopper hit.
Delay After Shutdown (sec):
Time that the equipment is at slow speed (
VFD only) or stay off
when the hopper clear.
Speed Before/After Shutdown (VFD):
VFD reference speed (%) for slow down speed.
Example: If the hopper is activated, I want the pump to slow down at 80% for 60s before
stopping. If the hopper cleared, I want to drive to stay at slow down speed for another 30 before
going full speed. The vibrator must be ON if the pump is started.
