Alarm and Warning List
8.3.1
General Alarm
“
EMERGENCY STOP
”
:
Emergency stop button in front of the main panel have been press.
“POWER FAILIRE”:
A lost of power have been detected.
“COMMUNICATION FAILURE : (REMOTE
PANEL
NAME)”:
Lost of communication between the
main and a remote panel.
“
EMERGENCY STOP : (REMOTE PANEL
NAME)”:
Emergency stop button in the front of a remote
panel have been press.
“
PLC Bus in Fault
” :
Error between the PLC and a IO card.
“ERROR COMMUNICATION MASTER MODBUS RTU”:
The PLC is not able to communicate with
the smart overloads.
“SYSTEM HAS FAILED TO SEND EMAIL'”:
Unable to send email.

Equipment Alarm
“
(Equipment Name) : Warning Stacking Sensor
”:
The stacking sensor have been activated.
“
(Equipment Name) :
Alarm Stacking Sensor”:
The stacking sensor have been activated for
longer than the programmed delay.
“
(Equipment Name) : Overload
Screw Press
”:
The actual current of the screw has been above
the limit for longer than the programmed delay.
“
(Equipment Name) : Alarm Rotation Sensor
”
: The rotation probe does not respond.
“
(Equipment Name) :
Emergency Stop” (VFD only):
The emergency stop input on the VFD is
activated.

(Equipment Name) : Alarm Hopper ON
” :
The hopper sensor have been activated for longer
than the programmed delay.

(Equipment Name) : Error Modbus Communication
” (Contactor Only):
Communication lost
with a smart overload.

Sequence Alarm
“WARNING : START CONDTION ON AT THE END OF SEQUENCE #”
:
The maximum runtime of
the sequence has been reached even if the start condition is still true.
