The user of the machine should check the condition of blades and sliders and
monitor their wear. During daily washing and cleaning of the mixer, the user
should attentively check the condition of the blades and their wear:

that blades or sliders are not crumpled or deformed;

that the blade springs are not deformed;

that the wear of each individual blade or slider is even;

that the wear of all blades and all sliders is comparable
If any of the above conditons is med the user should replace all blades or all
sliders or both.
Disregarding the condition or wear of the blades and sliders, the user of the
machine should
replace all of the blades and sliders after, at most, 500
hours of operation, or at least once a year.
It is recommended to keep record on the working hours of the appliance
(appendix A). Thus the user knows when mixer blades should be replaced.
13.6 REPLACING THE MIXER BLADES AND SLIDERS
At each change of blades it is also necessary to replace the sliders!
The mixer blades and sliders replacing process:

make sure that the preparation and making control panels are in the
STOP position;

make sure that the production cylinder is empty;

turn off the SAFETY SWITCH and the MAIN SWITCH;

open the door;

slowly and carefully with both hands pull the beater out of the cylinder;
exercise great care to prevent accidental dropping and consequent
damaging of the beater:

place the beater on a solid surface and remove each slider from the
mixer individually.



