PROTECTION OF THE USER AND OF THE
MACHINE
10.1 PROTECTION OF THE USER
A safety switch, built into the production cylinder door protects the operator
against injuries
that might be caused by the mixer’s rotation.
Opening the cylinder door will cause the operation of the mixer engine to shut
down. After the door had been opened during production, press the STOP
button.
10.2 ELECTRIC CURRENT OVERLOAD PROTECTION
Electrical installations are protected with appropriate FUSES. If the FUSES
terminate the operation of the appliance upon its start-up, the error causing this
action must be found and corrected.
10.3 THERMIC SAFETY DEVICES
The mixer engine and the compressor engine are protected with thermal
sensors.
If temperature reaches the maximum allowed value, the protection shuts down
the engine operation. In this case, press the key STOP and allow 15 - 20
minutes for the engine to cool down. After this time, the appliance is again
ready for normal programming and operating (see the section OPERATING
THE APPLIANCE).
10.4 PROTECTION OF THE COOLING SYSTEM
The cooling system is protected with the pressostat. In the case of insufficient
cooling which can be caused by clogged condenser, too high air temperature or
lack of cooling water (applies to water cooled model only), the protection shuts
down the operation of the cooling compressor.
