2 Safety regulations and hints
Basically, general accident pevention provisions and the valid industrial
safety directions must be adhered to.
These operating instructions must be read before driving so that
the roof hatches can be operated correctly and safely in normal
operation and in the event of danger.
When sticking limbs out of the roof hatches there is a great risk of
injury. Do not reach through open roof hatches while driving.
Keep hands away from electrically powered roof hatches. Do not
attempt to operate electrically operated roof hatches by hand in the
event of a controller failure, power failure or other defects, except
procedures acc. to
5.2.3 and 5.4.2 .
ATTENTION!
After an emergency operation the roof hatch cover must be rein-
stalled by qualified personnel of a Valeo service partner.
