5.2.3. Manually closing an electric hatch
The procedure described below is identical for roof hatches with plastic
cover as well for hatches with glass cover.
To protect the interior of the vehicle (for example against rainwater), the
individual hatch mechanisms can be operated manually (see fig. 12).
1. Remove the screws securing the inner hatch trim and remove the
trim.
2. Locate the hole on the bottom of the hatch mechanism, insert Allen
key (6mm) and turn the key clockwise to operate the respective
mechanism.
NOTE: Always operate the left and right hatch actuator alternately, so
that the hatch cover does not tilt.
5.2.4. Emergency operation (if available)
The emergency operation of the hatch is identical to that of the manual
hatch with plastic cover.
