Before disassembling the hydraulic unit on goggles, gloves and
long sleeves to avoid possible burns from splashes of hot adhesive.
1º
Warm the tank until the adhesive is melted.
2º
Reduce the air pressure to zero.
3º
Eliminate system pressure by releasing the guns manually or
opening the bleed valve.
4º
Disconnect the electricity.
5º
Disconnect the regulator unit electrically and mechanically.
6º
Loosen the 2 Soutcho screws 1/4 a turn and lift the pump casing.
Carefully follow the assembly procedure instructions.
The positioning and the alignment of some elements are critical for
the pump to work perfectly.
In the event of the pump not working correctly, carry out the following
checks.
Is the air pipe connected?
Does the electrovalve work?
Is the equipment at the right temperature?
It is working at the right pressure?
Are the filters clean?
Are the modules blocked?
Is the shaft correctly aligned?
