Using the appliance
B
• Use this programme regularly (every 1 to 2 months) to clean the drum and guarantee the
required level of hygiene. Run the programme when the machine is completely empty. For best
results, add a washing machine powder descaler to detergent compartment
. At the end of the
programme, leave the door slightly open to dry the inside of the machine.
NOTE:
• This is not a wash programme. It is a maintenance
programme.
• Do not start the programme if there are any items inside
the machine. Otherwise, it will automatically detect the
load and interrupt the programme.
Child Lock
You can prevent children from playing the machine by using the Child Lock function. This
prevents changes from being made whilst a programme is running.
NOTE :
• If you turn the programme selector when the Child Lock
is on, “CON” will be displayed on the screen. You will not be
able to make any changes to the programmes, the selected
temperature, the speed or the secondary functions when
the Child Lock is activated.
• Even if another programme is selected with the
programme selector whilst the Child Lock is activated, the
previously selected programme will continue to run.
• To activate the Child Lock:
Press secondary function button 2 and keep it held down for 3 seconds. Whilst the button is
being held down for 3 seconds, C03, C02 and C01 will be displayed respectively. “CON” will
then be displayed to notify the user that the child lock is activated. The same notification
will appear if you press a button or turn the programme selector when the Child Lock is
activated.
• To deactivate the Child Lock:
Press secondary function button 2 for 3 seconds whilst a programme is running. Whilst you
are holding the button down for 3 seconds, C03, C02 and C01 will be displayed respectively.
“COF” will then be displayed to notify the user that the child lock is deactivated.
