Once the Utilibond™ has been added to the
hole and the core has been reinserted, you
will not have a second chance to make sure
that the core is level with the surrounding
pavement. Make sure it's done right the first
time.

Prepare the bonding compound by first
removing the bag of Utilibond™ from the
pail. Fill pail with water exactly to the
bottom of the indicator line on the side of
the pail (2 liters). The proper proportion of
water to Utilibond™ is critical to effective
performance. If necessary, use a 2-litre jug to
achieve exact water proportions. DO NOT
ALTER THE RATIO OF WATER TO
UTILIBOND™.

Using a handheld drill and appropriate
mixing tool (we recommend the
"Mudslinger" brand, available at Home
Depot) mix the bonding compound until it is
smooth and flowing. (3 minutes).
(6)
Slowly, pour the entire pail of Utilibond™
permanent pavement bonding compound
into the hole.
