PROGRAMMING THE CONTROLLER PARAMETERS

3. Function F3: Relay timeout

Enter programming mode. Display function

F3

using   and   keys, then validate with the key

The display then indicates the number and the lock time release of door 1: for example

103

means

that the relay of door 1 is controlled for three seconds.

201

means that the relay of door 2 is

controlled for one second.
To move on to the lock release time of the other door, use    and   keys.
After choosing a door, press the    key: The number of the door remains displayed while the
release time flashes. To change the value, use the    and   keys
To validate the release time use the    key: The display indicates

F3

 again.

CAUTION: The lock release time can be programmed from 01 to 99 seconds. When timeout 00

is programmed, the relay of the door operates in bi-stable mode. This mode functions only with the

radio frequency receiver. In this mode, in the event of a power supply failure, the relay of the

door will be deactivated. When the power supply is restored, the relay returns to the status it had

before the power failure.

4. Function F4: copy on back-up memory

Enter programming mode. To save the unit memory, connect the backup memory to its location.
Display function

F4

using   and   keys then validate using the    key. If the memory is a 2KS

(500 keys version), a message

DIF

advise that only the 500 first keys will be copied. The display

indicates

1-2

which means a copy of the main memory to the backup memory ( SAVE DATA).

You can switch between

1-2

 and

2-1

 using   and   keys.

The display

2-1

means a copy of the backup memory to the main memory (RESTORE DATA)

During copying, the display will indicate

COP

and at the end of the copy the readout indicates

F4

 if

the copy has been made correctly or

err

if an error has been detected in copying.

CAUTION : During copying, it is impossible to control the door: the keys and remote controls

are not read and the pushbuttons do not operate.

5. Function F5: test de level of RF interference

Enter programming mode. Display function

F5

using    and   keys then validate using the

key.

The display indicates

 ---

during the analysis. The analysis will last 30 seconds. At the end of the

analysis, the display indicates a value between 0 and 99 corresponding to the level of saturation of

the radio frequency receiver.

If the readout indicates a figure between

0 and 30: it means very good radio reception

30 and 50: it means good reception

50 and 75: it means poor reception

75 and 100: it means bad reception condition

CAUTION : During the analysis, control of the doors is impossible: the keys and remote controls

are not read and the pushbuttons do not operate.
