Accessible communication on system status
The VIDOORA door station offers functions that provide great support in everyday life, especially for people with
hearing or visual impairments. The door station informs the user about the system status

Coupling GROTHE radio chime
A GROTHE radio chime (e.g. CALIMA or MISTRAL) can be connected to the VIDOORA door station. When the bell
button is pressed, the door station then sends the call to the smartphone as well as a transmission signal to the
paired chime.
Instructions for pairing the radio chime and VIDOORA can be found in the installation and operating instructions for
the respective radio chime. VIDOORA is used as a bell button in the process.
No further setting is necessary at the VIDOORA door station.
Teaching in a radio chime (LEARN function): Set the Grothe chime gong to learning mode and press the bell button
on the previously programmed VIDOORA.
