DIRECTORY SPECIAL BUTTON FUNCTION
By using the drop-down menu on the side of the concerned item, you can define the “special user” type to be
assigned to specific users. Possible options are:

A user can be classified as “Normal” or “Special” by using the “USER DIRECTORY” page and selecting the
respective item from the drop-down menu to the right of the concerned item.
When a user is classified as “Special”, it is automatically inserted in a dedicated section and indicated by one of
the icons above.
If there are several special users in the directory who are classified differently (e.g. two lawyers, one
physician and one doctor), it is advisable to select the “Professionals” category, which will show the
icon on the display
.
NUMBER OF SWITCHBOARDS IN THE SYSTEM
This parameter can be used to define whether a door phone switchboard is present in the system. The values that
the parameter can assume are: NONE (default) or 1.
EMERGENCY CALL ADDRESS
In the boxes on the side of the concerned item, you can define to whom to send an emergency call (*); the values
that the parameter can assume are:
• App. (default): the emergency call is forwarded to an apartment in the system with a specific address (numeric
string to be entered in the empty box);
You can choose any address to be configured for this service, normal or a special users.
• SWITCHBOARD 1, the emergency call is sent to the switchboard present in the system (option possible if the
parameter "NUMBER OF SWITCHBOARDS IN THE SYSTEM" was previously defined as 1).
(*) The emergency call is generated by placing the palm of a hand on the keypad (and simultaneous pressing
multiple keys).
INSTALLER PASSWORD
In the box next to the concerned item, you can change the installer password (1937 by default) with another
number which must necessarily be four-digit long.
Users can be added and/or deleted from in address book on the ADDRESS BOOK
page instead.
