Water Chiller Installation (50 Watt CO2 Only) 

 
Set up the chiller next to the laser system and connect the tubes between the chiller and 
the laser system.  Press the tubes into the connectors and twist the tubes slightly to 
seat them.  Gently tug on the tubes to make sure that they do not come out. 
 

 

Chiller Connections 

 
Fluids will have to be added to the chiller.  Please follow the chiller’s instruction manual 
on it’s installation and use.  Turn the chiller on and allow it to run for a few minutes to 
purge the air that is trapped in the lines.  Set the chiller’s temperature between 20 - 22 
degrees Celsius.  The laser system will not fire the laser beam unless the chiller has 
been turned on.

in the Windows environment.  Using a computer with more speed,  memory and storage 
capacity will enable the graphic images to be produced faster.  A faster computer will
