Close paper tray and open the main toner compartment. 

 

 

Remove the rest of the orange tape, set the lock and unpack the toner cartridges

. 

 
 

 

 

 

Gently shake each toner cartridge back and forth 7 or 8 times to loosen the toner that may be settled in the 
cartridge due to shipping. Unscrew the toner lock and insert each cartridge into the corresponding section with the 
arrow on top.
